This Privacy Policy describes how insurerush.com (“Insure Rush,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit insurerush.com or any website, page, form, or service operated by Insure Rush (collectively, the “Site”).

Our goal is to help consumers connect with insurance providers, agents, carriers, and other insurance-related partners that may be able to provide insurance quotes, products, or services.

By accessing or using the Site or submitting information through the Site, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not submit personal information through the Site.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

About Insure Rush

Insure Rush operates online services designed to help consumers shop for and compare insurance options.

When you submit information through our Site, we may use that information to match or connect you with insurance carriers, licensed insurance agents, agencies, service providers, marketing partners, or other businesses that may be able to assist with your insurance request (“Insurance Partners” or “Marketing Partners”).

Insure Rush is not necessarily the insurance carrier or insurance agency ultimately providing an insurance policy to you. The specific company you are connected with may have its own terms, disclosures, and privacy practices.

Information We Collect

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when using the Site, including information submitted through quote forms, questionnaires, contact forms, or other interactive features.

Depending on the insurance product or service requested, this information may include:

  • Name
  • Mailing or residential address

  • Information concerning your insurance history
  • Information necessary to obtain or provide an insurance quote
  • Other information you voluntarily provide

The information requested will vary depending on whether you are seeking auto insurance, homeowners insurance, or another insurance product or service.

We may also automatically collect certain information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, interactions with the Site, approximate geographic information derived from your IP address, date and time of visits, advertising identifiers, and similar technical or usage information.

How We Use Your Information

We may use information collected through the Site to:

  • Process your request for insurance information or quotes;
  • Match or connect you with Insurance Partners;
  • Provide and improve our services;
  • Communicate with you regarding your request;
  • Personalize your experience;
  • Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site;
  • Measure and optimize advertising and marketing campaigns;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;

  • Carry out other purposes disclosed to you when your information is collected.

How We Share Information

When you submit a request for an insurance quote or related service, we may disclose the information you provide to one or more Insurance Partners that may be able to respond to your request.

These parties may include insurance carriers, licensed insurance agents, insurance agencies, insurance marketplaces, insurance technology providers, and other businesses involved in providing or facilitating insurance products or services.

Because the Insurance Partners available to serve a particular consumer may depend on factors such as location, insurance type, eligibility criteria, and information provided in the request, we may not know in advance which specific Insurance Partner or Partners will receive your information.

Once your information has been provided to an Insurance Partner, that partner's use of your information may also be governed by its own privacy policy.

We may additionally disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, including technology, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, communications, advertising, and data processing services.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to governmental requests, protect our rights or the rights and safety of others, investigate fraud or unlawful activity, or facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.

Consent to Telephone Calls and Text Messages

When you provide a telephone number through the Site and affirmatively consent to communications where required, you authorize the communications described in the consent language presented to you at the time you submit your information.

Depending on that consent, communications may include calls or text messages from Insure Rush and/or the Insurance Partners or Marketing Partners identified or made available to you in connection with your request.

Communications may be made using automated technology where permitted by law and by the consent you provide.

Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP to a message. You may request assistance by replying HELP where supported.

Opting out of communications from Insure Rush may not automatically opt you out of communications from an Insurance Partner or other third party. You may need to contact that party directly to exercise your communication preferences with that party.

Consent to Commercial Email Communications

If you provide your email address and consent to receive marketing communications, Insure Rush and, where disclosed and authorized, our Marketing Partners may send you emails concerning insurance products, quotes, services, promotions, or related offerings.

You may unsubscribe from Insure Rush marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in the email or by contacting us.

Opting out of Insure Rush emails does not necessarily unsubscribe you from emails independently sent by an Insurance Partner or Marketing Partner. You should follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in communications from those parties.

Consent to Electronic Communications (E-Consent)

By submitting information electronically and consenting to electronic transactions, you consent to receive disclosures, notices, records, documents, and other communications electronically when permitted by applicable law.

Electronic communications may be delivered through the Site, by email, by text message, or through the website or systems of an Insurance Partner.

You should retain copies of electronic disclosures that are important to you.

If an Insurance Partner provides documents electronically and you would prefer paper copies, you should contact that Insurance Partner directly regarding available options.

To access and retain electronic disclosures, you generally need a device capable of accessing the Internet, a current web browser, a valid email account, and software capable of viewing applicable electronic documents, such as PDF files.

If you withdraw consent to electronic communications with an Insurance Partner, you should contact that Insurance Partner directly. Withdrawal of consent generally will not affect the validity of electronic communications or transactions that occurred before the withdrawal became effective.

Do-Not-Call and Communication Preferences

Federal and state laws may provide consumers with rights concerning telemarketing calls and the National Do Not Call Registry.

Where you have provided legally valid consent to be contacted, certain communications may be permitted notwithstanding registration on a do-not-call list, subject to applicable law and the scope of your consent.

You may revoke consent or request that Insure Rush stop contacting you using the methods provided in the applicable communication or by contacting us.

If an Insurance Partner is contacting you directly, you should also communicate your opt-out request directly to that Insurance Partner.
